Line mini-muffin pan with mini-muffin baking cups
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan
Heat over medium-low heat - stir constantly for 5 - 10 minutes
The mixture should be smooth, thicken, and start to look shiny
Remove from heat when mixture coats the back of the spoon
Pour mixture into muffin pan - you can fill them all the way up
Allow to cool for a few minutes and then freeze for 30 minutes
Remove from freezer and remove candies from the muffin pan
Store in refrigerator - they melt quickly!
